Hala has the unique ability to listen. It might be hard to believe, but creativity begins with listening and hearing the words between the sentences and translating that into a visual story. I have passion for these connections and their alignment to successful brands.

What Does Hala Mean?

Hala is the aura of light around the moon. I chose my name because I found it was during this time when I did some my best work. Backed by over 25 years of experience in design and creative direction, I am a visual storyteller, who uses imagery to evoke emotion and to align brand strategy with overall vision. Today's marketing is multi touch journey and should be functional, yet beautiful and leave a lasting impression. In the visuals below you will see that I am experienced in cross-platform design from traditional print to digital design as well as experiential marketing. Print will always be an essential part of the marketing function. We as humans will never lose the essential need to touch. The printed piece filld that basic human need for the tacticle touch. While digital has its flash and motion it cannot emulate the sensation of turning a page or the smell of a freshly printed piece.
